This Cookie Notice explains how Superagent Technologies, Inc. ("Superagent," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies in connection with superagent.sh and other websites or authenticated services that link to this notice (collectively, the "Sites").

What are cookies?

Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include browser local storage, pixels, software development kits, and scripts that store or access information on a device.

Cookies may be session cookies, which expire when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which remain until they expire or you delete them. First-party cookies are set by Superagent. Third-party cookies and similar technologies are provided by service providers that help operate the Sites.

What technologies do we use?

We do not use advertising cookies or sell information collected through tracking technologies. The technologies used on the Sites fall into the following categories:

TypePurposeProviderHow to control it

Monaco/Snitcher homepage tracking

Monaco uses Snitcher's Radar tracker on our homepage (/) to measure business interest and support sales. It processes IP addresses, homepage URL and activity, referrer, visit timing, browser and device characteristics, and device and session identifiers. Device characteristics can include fingerprinting signals. Information supplied through tagged email links can link visits to a known contact. We do not call the identify API or enable automatic form, click, or download capture in this integration.

We ask visitors worldwide in English before loading any Monaco/Snitcher code or contacting their servers. Accept and Reject have equal prominence. Closing the settings window does not grant consent. Tracking stops when you leave the homepage.

Cookie or browser storagePurposeLifetime
superagent_consent (first-party cookie)Remember your accepted or rejected categories180 days
monaco_device_id (first-party cookie and local storage, with an expiry entry)Recognize a returning browser after acceptance1 year
monaco_session (local storage)Group activity into a visitSession becomes inactive after 30 minutes without activity; stored data remains until replaced or cleared
monaco_user_traits (local storage, if present)Retain visitor details supplied through supported identification features1 year
monaco_* and radar_sn_* (session storage)Temporary tracker state and device signalsUntil the tab closes or consent is withdrawn
__sn_tld_probe (temporary cookie)Determine the cookie domainSet and immediately deleted

The monaco_ prefix comes from this integration's Monaco namespace. Snitcher's default namespace uses snitcher_ instead. Browser storage lifetimes are separate from retention on provider servers.

According to Snitcher's retention FAQ, processed visitor data is kept for 12 months for inactive accounts and 24 months for active accounts. Raw tracker records are kept for 5 years; IP addresses are anonymized after 24 months. Backups and snapshots are kept for 30 days. Legal holds can delay deletion.

Choose Cookie settings in the footer, then Reject or disable Business visitor tracking and save. Withdrawal blocks further tracker requests, clears this tracker's cookies and browser storage, and reloads the page to remove its timers and listeners. Your rejection is remembered. Withdrawal does not delete information already received by Monaco/Snitcher; contact privacy@superagent.sh to request deletion. Apply your choice separately to each browser and device.

See Snitcher's cookie and storage details, Snitcher's Privacy Policy, and Monaco's Privacy Notice.

Analytics choices

The Analytics choice applies across the website and app, including signed-in visits. Before you choose, browser PostHog analytics is not initialized. Accepting enables analytics cookies and local storage, usage events, and session replay. Signing in alone does not grant analytics consent.

If you reject Analytics, PostHog measures pageviews in its cookieless mode. This mode does not use analytics cookies, local storage, or session storage identifiers. We disable account identification, organization grouping, autocapture, and replay. We also remove URL query strings and fragments, collapse private routes, and omit account information and custom event properties from these browser events. PostHog uses a daily hash derived from request information to measure visitors; this does not recognize them across days.

Use Cookie settings in the footer or app sidebar to change your choice. Changing the Analytics choice reloads the page. Withdrawal stops identified browser tracking and replay, clears PostHog's stored browser identifiers, and resumes cookieless pageview measurement. It does not delete information already received. This browser choice does not control server-side service events described in the Privacy Policy or Vercel's aggregate measurement.

See PostHog's cookieless tracking documentation.

Browser web storage

We use browser local storage and similar storage to maintain authentication state, prevent repeated prompts, remember preferences, and support application functionality. Browser storage can hold more information than a cookie and may not expire automatically. Your browser provides controls to inspect and clear this storage.

Pixels and web beacons

Our Sites and HTML emails may use pixels or web beacons to determine whether a page, message, or link was viewed or opened. We use this information to operate communications, measure engagement, and compile usage statistics, not for targeted advertising.

Session-replay technologies

With Analytics consent, PostHog software may record interface events in a form that lets us replay a session. Replays can include pages viewed, clicks, mouse movements, scrolling, device information, and technical events. We use replay to troubleshoot errors, investigate security or support issues, and improve usability.

We configure sensitive fields to be masked or excluded where supported. Masking cannot prevent a user from entering sensitive information into an unexpected or free-form field, so do not intentionally submit protected health information, cardholder data, government identifiers, credentials, or other regulated sensitive information through fields not designed for it.

Your choices

Browser controls

Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies, clear local storage, block third-party scripts, and notify you when a cookie is set. Browsers accept cookies by default until you change their settings. If you block essential cookies or storage, you may need to sign in again or may be unable to use authenticated features.

Apply your settings separately to each browser and device you use.

Provider and device controls

Content blockers, privacy extensions, mobile-device settings, and provider-specific controls may limit analytics and similar technologies. These controls are supplied by third parties, and we cannot guarantee how they work.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

We honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where they apply to our practices. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, such a signal does not change advertising practices on our Sites.

There is no generally accepted standard for responding to Do Not Track signals. We do not currently respond to them separately from the controls described above.

Changes

We may update this Cookie Notice to reflect changes to our technologies, providers, or legal obligations. We will post the updated notice and revise the effective date.
